In order to ensure that the workpiece to be processed can touch the carburizing gas, a ventilator is installed on the furnace shell to force the air circulation, so as to ensure the temperature and gas uniformity in the furnace. The shaft sleeve of the fan is provided with a sealing device to prevent air leakage, and cooling water is selected for cooling.
The shell of the well type furnace is welded by section steel and steel plate, the inner furnace is made of high-quality ultra light high aluminum foam brick, and the thermal insulation layer is made of aluminum silicate refractory fiber and diatomite bulk material to improve the thermal insulation performance of the furnace. The heating element is placed on the silk laying brick and has a small resistance wire hook to position it.
