The box furnace is mainly used for heat treatment of metal parts or alloy steel parts in a specific temperature environment.
Product structure:
The box furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating elements, furnace door and control cabinet.
Among them, the ultra light refractory brick and refractory fiber are built into the furnace lining; the high resistance alloy wire is wound into a spiral shape as the heating element, which is arranged on the two sides of the furnace and the furnace bottom. The workpiece to be processed shall be placed on the furnace bottom plate in the furnace, and the lifting of the furnace door shall be controlled by hand sprocket or mechanical transmission.
Purpose:
The box type furnace is mainly used for metal heat treatment in low vacuum, reducing and protective atmosphere, and heat treatment of special materials, such as carbon product carbonization process development. Alumina fiber is used as refractory material, which has good heat preservation and energy saving effect; the external closed vacuum irrigation with water cooling system; the whole machine has novel structure and convenient operation.
